Let me start of by saying that my experience with agencies prior to Staffing By Sabri has been a mixture of just ok to downright terrible. This experience totally changed my mind about going through an agency to hire a nanny. I LOVED working with Staffing By Sabri and can’t say enough about their efficiency, speed and compassion. I’m floored by how different it was with them vs. other agencies.
It was shockingly different once we started working with Madde. In matter of days we saw more resumes than after 8 weeks with the other agency. All were fantastic candidates, obviously thoroughly vetted by Staffing By Sabri. I felt like they had a real knack for finding candidates that not only looked good on paper, but great when we spoke to them. Madde was super quick and responsive in answering my questions, equally quick in following up with the candidates. She ended up finding us a nanny for our girls that is the perfect fit.

I had been on the hunt for the right job for about 3 months before I was introduced to Staffing by Sabri. I came in and interviewed with Madde at the cutest coffee shop. Madde was very attentive to my needs/requirements for my new prospective job.
