EXECUTIVE CHEFS NEEDED // JORDAN, ASIA


UHNW family is looking for 3 amazing chefs to join their team. Must have experience working for high net worth personalities and/or restaurants. Relocation and housing will be provided from anywhere in the world. Salary is open.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide continual nutritional and dietary guidance and training to all staff in the kitchen

  • Maintain up to date knowledge concerning all nutritional developments

  • Maintain up to date knowledge concerning new foods and source new items

  • Develop new recipes to encourage healthy eating and balanced diets

  • Implement new foods/recipes/dietary programs in accordance with principals’ requests, maintaining comprehensive records

  • Cook and serve

  • Maintain food quality standards without variation

  • Rectify arising problems or complaints

  • Give prepared plates the “final touch”

  • Perform administrative duties

  • Maintain high standard of food safety and sanitation

  • Responsible for placing and controlling the daily local and International purchasing of products.

  • Maintain all equipment in good working order

  • Maintain detailed records of all kitchens’ crockery, cutlery and glass in all different locations

  • Supervise kitchen and staff to achieve maximum production and efficiency, participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of all kitchen staff, and conduct performance appraisals

  • Maintain effective communication with staff in other departments where relevant

  • Develop and maintain all production schedules and procedures for ordering and inventory maintenance.

  • Organize and maintain all food storage areas

  • Maintain accurate department records to ensure documentation of activities is available.

  • Ensure that proper procedures are being followed

  • Supervise the daily and weekly orders

  • Maintain standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Organized in performing all work related matters

  • Accuracy

  • Confidentiality

  • Possess knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and/or general management duties

  • Ability to take initiative

  • Leadership skills and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to delegate responsibilities appropriately

  • Flexibility in respect of working hours

  • Good skills in using of computer systems for business(MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Languages Required:

  • Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
