RUNNER NEEDED // CALABASAS & BEVERLY HILLS, CA

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Runner. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail and is extremely self-motivated. They should consider no task too small and actively seek out ways to assist and support the principal/team. This entry-level role is perfect If you have an interest in fashion, beauty or personal assisting.

Things you’ll do here:

• Schedule vendors

• Act as a communication liaison between Principal and vendors

• Provide occasional late night/weekend support when needed

• Packaging and shipping of production and office related shipments

• Lunch / Dinner orders

• Travel + Accommodation Coordination for the Principal

• Answering phones / Transferring calls

• Assisting the Executive Assistant with tasks

Schedule: M-F 9:00 am - 7:00 pm with availability to come in earlier and/or leave later when needed to.

Pay: $15-17/h + mileage reimbursement
