PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED // LOS ANGELES, CA

Our favorite very busy couple is looking for an assistant that can help them stay organized and oversee their 3 properties located in Bel Air, Studio City & Ojai, CA. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a in home office. Must be organized/detail oriented, able to multitask and have a no task is too small mentality. There are two other assistants there so you must be a team player. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday but you might be asked to come in over a weekend to help set up for a party/event or help the couple pack for a trip and take a day or two off during the week instead - flexibility is key. Hiring ASAP!

Schedule: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with flexibility to start earlier/later depending on what’s going on that day.

Pay: $85K + $200/month health insurance stipend. 3 sick days and 10 PTO
