COO - Chief Operating Officer

• Creates and manages company budget and revenue

• Oversees Ad Sales/ Brand Partnerships and E-commerce arms of company, and works with them to hit KPIs

• Ability to wear multiple hats, build a team, and scale a start-up

• A+ manager; background in media and e-comm a plus

• Liaise between legal, accounting, and all other outsourced vendors

• Ability to negotiate and close deals with on-brand partners for additional revenue options

• Works closely with the CEO to make sure that her vision is being implemented
