Unisexy creations are made with love in a woman-owned factory DTLA loveshop, the end products perfecting the haptics of environmentally-centric material: second skin soft, breathable, biodegradable - designed for life over seasons, to live, play, and so cozy, to sleep in. Our business model gives back in impact to the source, every purchase planting a tree, and we create opportunities to lift Cause and Community, which replenishing self. Our “container” is primarily ecommerce, growing via the expanding threads of mission aligned brand & cause partnerships, and values aligned influencers - our “Badassador Platform.” We are a platform for Gen R - the Regeneration.

Role Seeking: founder amplifier

Client is growing and is seeking a passionate, values-aligned Founder Assistant to support our Designer | Founder | CEO.

The Role: a beloved part of your life, not a job

In your role, you will proactively partner with the CEO | Founder | Designer to organize, strategize and execute on the visions and opportunities to manage relationships and grow the business. You will be an extension of our creative founder, who is a rushing river of ideas and initiatives, requiring a container for his creativity to thrive.

To do this role properly, you are extremely detail-oriented, a self-starter with a business mindset, see challenges as opportunities, solution oriented, and have experience as an executive or administrative assistant in the past to a creative, disorganized founder. As a critical partner, you will define and manage the rhythm of OGT as well as coordinate quarterly business objectives & key results. This role is a pivotal player requiring influence, initiative, creativity, communication skills, and resolve.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll have worked well in teams, and assisted an entrepreneur in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll know how to build and guide to catalyze high-performance to exceed deliverables. You’ll excel at being a mentor and coach to internal and external stakeholders as well as a partner to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

· Capturing and cultivating the CEO’s vision into prioritized projects which you will organize and execute.

· Organize and lead execution of the myriad of magical opportunities with causes, companies and individual Badassadors.

· Adept creator of designed decks for partnerships and opportunistic creative briefs

· Establish relationships on behalf of the CEO with partnerships, Badassadors to keep the threads connected and moving forward.

· Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.

· Managing the Chief Executive’s schedule, scheduling meetings, email inbox

· Determining key performance indicators and driving exceptional team performance results

· Preparing creative briefs, documentation and full prep and follow up minutes for meetings

· Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports

· Organizing dropbox content Performing office duties that include general office operations and personal assistance that relates to the business.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an chief of staff to a startup or other relevant administrative support experience

· Seamless ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

· Strong technical tool organizational skills, and keep knowledge of Dropbox, Trello

· In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite - design in keynote or another deck creation a must, excel is a plus.

· Previous experience supporting an entrepreneur

· Strong presentation design skills - such as Canva, Keynote

· Photoshop/adobe suite a plus

· Light editing skills a plus - Final Cut a big plus

· Excel and delivers in a fast-paced quick-changing environment.

· A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

· Professional level verbal and written communications skills

A week in the thread...

  • Working daily with the founder with each day being different than the next, to capture the magic (great ideas), and make it happen.

  • Works weekly with the marketing team with e-mail, with ads to create needed campaign assets.

  • Works weekly with the creative team and outside agencies and resources.

  • You are a self-starter, you think ahead to anticipate and see around corners, while being diligent and pragmatic to prioritize and execute on daily tasks.
