The D2D/CoS is a position which works directly with the artists on our roster. Applicants should have at least 4 years of day to day management experience. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Salary: $130-150K
Location: LA based
We are looking for an individual who is motivated to push an artist's career forward and can think ahead and be proactive.
Must have experience working with agents, labels, publishers and publicists on campaigns; song rollouts, advancing tours/shows etc. Must have the ability to take an idea, build a plan and execute it properly from start to finish utilizing a team of people.
Must be good with people and able to hold in depth conversations that help build stronger relationships with colleagues in the industry.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy creative problem solver who possesses a keen attention to detail and has;
•Minimum of 4 years of day to day management experience
•Ability to work beyond work hours and some weekends
•Knowledge of the rap/hip hop/rnb scene
•Able to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Management across multiple time zones (scheduling sessions, meetings, promo, etc)
•Corresponding with promoters, label, agents and other industry executives
•Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, cabs, drivers, hotels, Airbnb’s, greeters etc)
•Trip and tour budgeting
•Advancing live shows, attending live shows to ensure shows run smoothly, hiring photographers and videographers for content capturing
•Accompany artists to onsite promo visits (radio, TV, etc)
