Director of Digital Marketing & E-Comm

• Someone who can wear multiple hats and own the rapidly growing e-commerce portion of the company

• Analyze analytics and pivot when necessary

• Find brands — and negotiate deal terms — for their inclusion in the store

• Own the digital marketing, implementing new and creative ways to increase conversion and customer acquisition

• Write copy for brands in the store and for marketing assets

• Find and negotiate deal with collaboration partners

• DTC / lifestyle and wellness background a plus

• Sales forecasting and ability to hit KPIs

• Merchandising and UX/ UI knowledge to create a more pleasurable shopping experience

• This role reports to the COO
