ENTRY LEVEL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED // LOS ANGELES, CA
Founded by sister in 2018, this client’s company is full service experiential bar catering company.
We are searching for an Executive Assistant to the Founders to support general operational needs of the company. This role will play a key part in supporting the rapid growth of the company. The key candidate will be able to understand and embrace executive and business priorities in order to efficiently manage communication and departmental support.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide timely, accurate, and professional administrative support
· Handle incoming emails and other communications.
· Take notes and record information as needed.
· Update paperwork, maintaining documents, generating proposals and word processing.
· Perform general office clerical duties and errands.
· Coordinate events as necessary.
· Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
· Attend and work company and client events
· Fill in at retail locations (coming soon) as needed
· Assist in the deployment of marketing projects and execution of initiatives, including social media
· Assist in maintaining content for public website(s)
· Prep materials for cocktail boxes and manage inventory
Skills & Requirements
· High school diploma or associate’s degree.
· Flexible working schedule/ availability (includes nights and weekends)
· Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
· Ability to be discreet and use common sense in maintaining confidentiality with our celebrity partners and general company matters
· Ability to write and communicate clearly
· Cheery/ warm demeanor and positive “can do” attitude.
· Self-starter and resourceful
· Reliable and consistent
· Versatile – ability to roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment is key. No two days are the same!
· Ability to work well under limited supervision.
· Great communication and problem-solving skills.
· Superior organizational skills: Organization and prioritization are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
· Sound decision-making: You will make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
· Communications and collaboration: You will collaborate with you’re the founders, your colleagues and third-parties on a regular basis.

Other Requirements
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving all over Los Angeles
· Ability to lift 30lbs max and other materials as required.

Job Type: Full time
Salary: $35,000-40,000 DOE
