Handyman/Houseman Needed // Beverly Hills, CA

You are part of team that is responsible for all of the interior/exterior maintenance of property, handyman duties, scheduling appropriate vendor or services, maintain the pool area, gardens, appearance of residence's outdoor structures/guest house.


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working as a handyman for a private family/private building

  • Experience in renovations, plumbing and electrical repairs

  • Technical education will be a plus

  • Driving license

  • Fluent English

  • Attentive to detail

  • Hard-working

  • Discreet

  • Responsible

Duties and responsibilities

  • Organizing repair and maintenance works

  • Managing the property alarm systems

  • Report to the House Manager

  • Сleaning the house exterior and gutters

  • Carrying out minor repair work: painting and decorating, moving furniture and minor housework

  • Assisting other staff in the property if required

  • Shopping for equipment needed for property repairs

Salary: $35-40/h
