Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm (could be longer days if there’s a party or an event at the house)
Pay: $40/h
Duties include but are not limited to cleaning of the exterior of the property, windows, power washing exterior, assisting with heavy lifting as needed, assisting with running errands, assisting the house manager and all necessary duties, driving to airport and other locations as needed, and more.
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service, such as electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses. Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations.
