OPERATIONAL/CAFE MANAGER NEEDED // WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA



Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $100-130K + Benefits & PTO

Location: West Hollywood, CA

The Operational/Cafe Manager builds a healthy business and a healthy culture within there team. Ensure the operational needs of the shop are met, while also supporting, and providing leadership to the team members of the shop. Enjoys working in a fast-paced high end coffee shop environment, and can effectively work under pressure. In this role, they will work with, and develop a team of baristas to provide the exceptional customer service and quality coffee experience. The Operational Manager is a coffee connoisseur and possesses a high sense of responsibility, quality, ethics, and integrity. Must have experience starting up a new shop.

Qualifications: A punctual & reliable teammate, always on time for shifts & never leave your teammates hanging A food & beverage leader with at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in restaurants A hospitality first people person--you simply love to make others feel good, no questions about it! A positive contributor to the team environment, working cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to our locals

A multi-tasker who won't bat an eye even when caught under a bit of pressure A motivated & hungry individual who is looking for career development in the hospitality industry A fast learner can shift from one job to the next with ease Responsibilities: Build team and maintain engagement by providing an excellent employee experience. Communicate proactively, professionally and positively with the team and guests. Follow up consistently to build and maintain trust. Demonstrate compassion and care in relationships with teams while setting clear expectations and accountabilities. Confront, diffuse and resolve difficult situations in a proactive, objective and solution oriented manner. Coach team to meet standards, perform well and treat one another respectfully. Cultivate and create an environment that is passionate about hospitality. Educating baristas so that they are fluent with the shops mission and culture as well as the story of our coffees. Build relationships with guests by communicating warmly and authentically. Deliver timely, professional, and knowledgeable service. Exceed guest expectations.
