PERSONAL ASSISTANT/JACK OF ALL TRADES NEEDED // LOS ANGELES, CA

Job Description:

We are looking for a communicative Personal Assistant for a rapper in LA, to provide secretarial, administrative, and personal support in a well-organized and timely manner. Assistant will travel while on duty, within the US and internationally for the artist's performances and appearances. (Must have a valid passport or willing to obtain one.)

The assistant will work alongside the artist and his talent manager on a variety of tasks related to the artist’s working life and communication across various platforms. (Must be tech-savvy and have a good eye for visuals.)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the secondary point of contact between the artist and internal/external clients

• Assist artist at performances by: communicating with event organizers, carrying belongings, retrieving meal

• Make travel arrangements 

• Manage and schedule meetings and appointments 

• Drive to performance locations when necessary

• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills​ and positive attitude

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• ​A​t least 3 years of assisting someone in the music or film industry

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Detail oriented

• Discretion and confidentiality

S​alary: $75-80K + benefits
