Job Description:
We are looking for a communicative Personal Assistant for a rapper in LA, to provide secretarial, administrative, and personal support in a well-organized and timely manner. Assistant will travel while on duty, within the US and internationally for the artist's performances and appearances. (Must have a valid passport or willing to obtain one.)
The assistant will work alongside the artist and his talent manager on a variety of tasks related to the artist’s working life and communication across various platforms. (Must be tech-savvy and have a good eye for visuals.)
Responsibilities:
Act as the secondary point of contact between the artist and internal/external clients
Assist artist at performances by: communicating with event organizers, carrying belongings, retrieving meal
Make travel arrangements
Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
Drive to performance locations when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive attitude
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
At least 3 years of assisting someone in the music or film industry
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Detail oriented
Discretion and confidentiality
Salary: $75-80K + benefits
