PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED // LOS ANGELES, CA

We are hiring for a Personal Assistant to support a high profile recording artist with his day to day personal and professional life. If you truly enjoy running the day to day of a busy entrepreneurs’ personal & professional life, this could be a great match! The ideal candidate should have at least four years of full-time experience working in the music industry, preferably with a recording artist as a Personal Assistant. Duties and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

-Act as a true right-hand and gatekeeper, managing all scheduling, travel arrangements, email management and personal & professional appointments/reservations

-Travel with artist as required

-Liaise with PR, Management, and other employees to be the “hub” of his day-to-day

-Assist with all personal/household tasks as needed

-Assist with social media strategy and content support, including behind the scenes shoots, photo content, and a creative vision & eye

-Accompanying artist to recording sessions

Requirements:

-4+ years of assistant experience to a high profile individual

-Must have experience booking international travel and heavy scheduling

-Strong organization skills and attention to detail

-Tech savvy

-Must have a valid passport and ability to travel on a moment’s notice

-Must be discreet and confidential

-Tactful gatekeeper and diplomat

Salary: $75-130K DOE
