HNWIs. Ideally with experience within the Music/Entertainment Industry. Offering the highest standard of overall support with confidence and a personable approach. Expecting the role to be 70% Business & 30% Private. Local to Los Angeles and eligible to work in US. Expect potential travel within growth of the role.
Business PA Job Description
· Assisting the principal in all areas of their business. Working in collaboration with management.
· Self-sufficient and able to work remotely.
· Diary Management – business
· Day Sheets & weekly schedules sent to principal, family & mgmt.
· Point person between principal & mgmt.
· Running errands for principal
· Working alongside principal & mgmt. for recording sessions, photoshoots, video shoots, press, promotion, events, touring.
· Organizing principal’s travel
· Extensive logistics
· Working alongside external team members eg. record label, publisher, agents, stylists, PR teams etc.
· Purchasing/returning/maintaining equipment
Private PA Job Description
Assisting the talents family by offering 24/7 support where needed to manage the
property and the smooth running of the household. This role requires someone who
has a friendly but professional approach.
· Property management inc. contractors, maintenance and interior design
· Diary management – personal
· Dog walking where required
· Finances, payments, accounts, and expenses
· Household staff management
· Wardrobe – purchasing, selling, returns, styling & packing
· Shopping – food, clothes, presents & home décor / returns
· Transport & car maintenance
· Private events, reservations and bookings
· Extensive 1st class business travel & family holidays
· Child welfare, schooling, healthy, nanny support (there’s a nanny but if sick or at a Dr appt)
· Driving – errands, pick up / dropping off
· Private healthcare, Bupa authorizations & appointments
