PERSONAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT // LOS ANGELES, CA


Our client, a VC firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a c-level executive and be comfortable in a small office environment. This role is in office Monday-Friday and will require visits to the CEO's home on occasion.


COMPANY: VC Firm

POSITION: Personal/Executive Assistant

LOCATION: Los Angeles,CA (in office Monday-Friday with visits to the home occasionally)

HOURS: 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility outside of work hours

COMPENSATION: $100-130K DOE + benefits & PTO

BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Required


Responsibilities of the Personal/Executive Assistant:

-Protect the CEO’s time by prioritizing meetings and tasks, screening calls and emails, and acting as a gatekeeper to the executive office

-Provide logistical and operational support for CEO including personal tasks: running errands, finding/scheduling doctors, coordinating/managing personal appointments, events, sending gifts, etc.

-Manage both business and personal calendars for the CEO with regular high-level contact with clients and investors

-Set up processes and put these into place, add organization and create structures

-Maintain and update contact information

-Liaise with travel agent to book travel arrangements

-Must be adept at reading through emails and gathering key content and outstanding items that need to be handled


Requirements of the Personal/Executive Assistant:

-Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience supporting senior executives

-Bachelor’s Degree is required

-Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite

-Proficient using Google Sheets and other organizational software -Highly organized and detail oriented

-Must be tech-savvy

-Strong problem-solving abilities

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
