
As the GM , you'll be involved in all aspects of the business and restaurant operations. Customer satisfaction should be your driving motivation. You'll be responsible for sourcing, hiring, coaching and motivating employees while providing a safe and welcoming work environment.
Qualifications:
-We are looking for someone who will take charge of the restaurant while helping their staff reach their full potential, while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest every time
-An energetic, can-do attitude with clear communication skills both written and verbally
-A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect
-5+ of GM experience in a fast paced, high volume, full service restaurant with prior FOH and BOH experience
Responsibilities:
-The GM is responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurant
-The GM actively leads by example, inspires, and teaches skills that will elevate the guest experience, their teams, their restaurant
-The GM must have a full understanding of all area of the business
-The GM is responsible for the weekly reporting of sales, labor, food and beverage COGS, and overall guest engagement in the restaurant
-The GM is a leader for the entire team and unites both FOH and BOH towards a common goal of continually raising the bar
-The GM delivers correct staffing levels, schedules, and systems that allow the restaurant to achieve excellence in operations while taking care of the bottom line
-The GM will lead and foster a restaurant culture that promotes employee development and coaching on a daily basis
Salary: $130,000K
