Busy Silicon Valley Family seeks an RIE trained ROTA Nanny (one week on, one week off), for their three children all under the age of 10. Children attend school (outside), activities, and Nanny will be responsible for all coordination, scheduling, helping with projects and homework. Parent is very much involved, Nanny will work collaboratively with parent however, Parent’s word is final when it comes to the children. Nanny will adapt to parental requests and expectations. Parent is very easy to work with, and not a micromanager, when it comes to the day-to-day activities, it will be up to the Nanny to figure out how to have fun, engage with the kids, and coordinate any logistics.
Details:
One week on, one week off, Tuesday-Tuesday 12:30-12:30pm
Must Live-In for the week worked. There is a private suite in the house for the Nanny on the same floor as the kids.
Nothing planned for now, but eventually this position will require international travel
•Preference will go to candidates already living in Northern or Southern CA
•Must have RIE training and background
•Valid Driver’s license with clean record; Nanny vehicle will be provided
•Passport and travel ready
Some easy meal prep and laundry support for the children required. The Nanny who works the other half of the ROTA has been with the family long term.
Salary: $130K and full benefits offered
