We are looking for a Social Media Manager who comes from a beauty brand and has done this for 3+ years. This role would be split across a brand umbrella that has cosmetics, skincare, swimwear and baby clothes. Responsibilities: -Help maintain social calendar - adding relevant dates, holidays, etc. - weekly social media reports -Putting up posts and responding to comments. - Creating grids in Preview or Later for approval by senior manager and Chief Brand Officer - Content creation - experience with product photography, simple retouching and graphic design (creating Stories etc.) - we would ask for a portfolio of content examples - Brainstorm engaging content ideas for brands. - Weekly proactive recommendations for social activations - Social listening: Responsible for checking Instagram comments, Twitter, Facebook, and Tik Tok. -Respond to comments: Thoughtful responses, customer service responses, etc. -Checking tagged photos and engaging with posts. -Engage with posts on timelines - all brands - Managing all brand Pinterests -Maybe a weekly mentions roundup on top mentions. -Work with Lucy on brainstorming new influencers to work with. -Constant social competitive analysis on other Cosmetics, Skin and Baby brands. - and more
